Teledynamics was our Avaya reseller and performed "delivered" to expectations on every aspect of implementing our Avaya phone system. From Planning to Implementation to Supporting, the service we received was above excellence. Voice/Data cabling was very well planned by Mike Scano and the work was executed flawlessly by Tony and Russ. Miguel Rodriguez planned, designed, and implemented our Modular Messaging system exactly to our requirements. Miguel provided excellent knowledge transfer to our administrator staff. Liz Podolsky managed each personnel and department at Teledynamics in such a way that I never had to doubt any deliverables that were expected. Gregg Persky was an tremendous help in every component of obtaining our new Avaya phone system and assured that everything promised from the phone system was carried out meeting or exceeding our requirements.
