Communication Manager System Management (AVAYA)

Communication Manager Systems Management is the ideal complement to the capabilities of both the Basic Adminsitration Tools and Enterprise Integrated Management Offers for enterprises implementing IP telephony that require management of centralized Communication Manager media servers with distributed media gateways. Designed for large DEFINITY® and S8700/S8710 Media Server configurations, Communication Manager Systems Management provides network administration teams with the ability to  structure remote multi-device/multi-administrator management of the converged network,  with access defined through multiple custom privilege groups. Communication Manager System Management also provides a complete fault and performance management solution that combines system-wide map visibility of the entire converged network with drill-down capability and reporting for voice systems and a wide variety of adjuncts such as Audix, Conversant, CMS, MCU, and Intuity Interchange.

Integrated Management Release 3.0 introduces new applications and capabilities that significantly enhance management productivity for distributed branch office environments. The offers are available in a new structure that provides greater flexibility for enterprises to match Integrated Management applications for their management requirements.  VoIP Monitoring is now a standalone offer that does not require any other application to run.  The Communication Management System Management offer, which includes only the advanced management tools for Communication Manager, can now be purchased as an optional complement to any of the other primary Integrated Management offers.
