Witness ContactStore for Communication Manager is a software-based IP call recording product designed to meet the recording needs of small to large-sized businesses and contact centers that have either traditional or IP endpoints.
The 7.2 release of ContactStore provides a new version of the Business Recorder (60 ports and less) and an Enterprise version of the ContactStore (120-400 ports per recording server with the ability to link multiple servers). Additional application support expands the functionality and scope of what the ContactStore Enterprise can do for a business or contact center with call recording and management needs.
